The Region II Head Start Association Board of Directors includes six representatives from New York New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  These twenty-four members elect their own officers.  In addition to electing Association officers, one representative from each affiliate is elected to the National Head Start Association Board of Directors.  They bring the Association's views, which are your views, to the NHSA.
