Region II Head Start Association is comprised of two states, New York and New Jersey and two territories, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  Training conferences have taken place in each part of the region.

The Head Start Bureau initiated a conference in New Mexico in which the focus and emphasis was on our HISPANIC HEAD START PARTNERS .   Taking the lead from Washington,  the Region II Head Start Association  conducts an annual extensive training seminar each year.
